The XIV International Gluten Workshop, organized between Spain and Portugal, taking place in Madrid on June 19, 20 and 21, 2023, opens its registration period to attend the congress.
Registrations made before March 31 will have a special cost for early payment, including students interested in attending the event. To validate the registration, proof of payment must be sent to info_arroba_xivglutenworkshop.com.
The program, which will feature highly qualified speakers, will be held over three days in different morning and afternoon sessions, with topics such as: “Wheat grain components”; “Genetics and breeding for wheat processing and nutritional quality improvement”; “Innovations in the analysis of wheat quality: technologies and methodologies”.
