Why it's important to attend the XIV Gluten Workshop?
"The continuous growth of human population and the ongoing climate change set the great challenge of increasing wheat production in a sustainable way. Grain quality needs to be maintained and improved at these conditions, and a multidisciplinary approach, from agronomy to genetics and genomics is needed to face this challenge. XIV Gluten workshop will represent a huge opportunity for sharing knowledge from very diverse points of view. I will give a contribution on the latest progress in durum wheat genomics to improve grain quality".
