The International Gluten Workshop opens the registration period for its XIV edition that will be held in Madrid from June 19 to 21, 2023. Patricia Giraldo and Gilberto Igrejas, chairs of this year's edition will welcome you to the workshop.
During the workshop, topics such as the contribution of the components of wheat grains will be discussed, as well as advances in the analysis of wheat quality parameters: technologies and methodologies, to mention a few topics.
The congress will take place at the Rafael Hoteles Atocha facilities, and registrations will have a special price for prompt payment (before March 31), and an offer for students, as well as a gala dinner with a flamenco show.
The event will focus on gluten research through specialists from various subjects.
