Presenters at the XIV International Gluten Workshop are invited to submit papers based on their talks and posters for publication in a “Virtual Special Issue” of Journal of Cereal Science. Papers should be submitted on-line before December 31, 2023, following the instructions on the journal web site (Journal of Cereal Science | ScienceDirect.com by Elsevier) and selecting IGW 2023 from a drop-down menu.
They should follow the instructions in the Guide for Authors in scope, length and format and can be either Research Papers or Review Articles. They will be edited by Patricia Giraldo, Gilberto Igrejas, Carlos Guzmán and Peter Shewry and subject to the standard reviewing procedures. Accepted papers will be published in the next available issue but will be linked on-line with an introduction by the editors and the issue will be promoted on the journal web site.
